Gravity Convection Ovens are especially designed to best handle light weight materials such as powder, fabrics, films and granular materials etc. As these types of materials require natural air flow, these gravity convection oven units do not have fan or blower fitted inside the chamber. The role of these ovens also becomes more important, where testing two or more samples at same time is necessary and avoiding cross contamination between samples is prime requisite.
We make several types of gravity ovens to meet budget limitations and application needs of our customers. Economical models are designed with Powder-Coated Cold-Rolled Steel exterior and aluminum interior and rotary switch for temperature adjustment; while, premium range features stainless steel exterior and interior both and microprocessor controlled temperature and time adjustment device. Each unit offers highly efficient heating. With low watt density heating elements, these units keep your energy consumption low.
