Kjeldahl Apparatus is used to determine organic nitrogen (N₂) and protein contents in chemical substances. This estimation is done by the Kjeldahl digestion method. These units are widely used in food, environmental, urea and chemical industries and are commonly installed alongside Laboratory Water Distillers for sample preparation.
Bionics Scientific manufactures space-saving Kjeldahl Digestion and Distillation Units with combined digestion and distillation functionality. These systems are available in 3-test and 6-test models with mantle type heating units. Each heater is fitted with an individual energy regulator for better control and consistent performance.
The unit is constructed using a sturdy powder-coated MS frame and can accommodate flasks of 300 ml, 500 ml and 800 ml capacities. Optional accessories such as glassware, clamps, lead fume duct and condenser rack are also available as per laboratory requirements.

Our micro Kjeldahl digestion systems are durably constructed with MS sheet duly powder coated. The heater assemblies are recessed into the top insulating board to minimize accidental contact with hot heater elements. Built-in energy regulators control temperature individually up to 350°C.
