Bionics Scientific presents excellent quality Biosafety or Biological Safety Cabinets designed for protection of operator, product and environment from pathogenic agents and microorganisms transmitted in respiratory way and also for creation of bacterial dust free air environment. Our range of Biosafety Cabinets includes Class I, Class II / Type A, Class II / Type B2 and Class III. All these models are also available in customized design meeting specific requirements of customers.

Class I Biosafety Cabinet: We offer Biosafety Cabinets perfect for protecting the operator and environment from materials that are hazardous for operators’ health. This Class I type of Biological Safety Cabinet removes hazardous substances from the working zone through the air up-flow. This system equipped with two agents and therefore there is no risk of the cross contamination owing to laminar / unidirectional air up-stream. Our Class I Biosafety Cabinets are ideally suited for working low to moderate risk agents (Biosafety Levels 1, 2, and 3) where there is need for containment.

Class II Biosafety Cabinet: This range of Class II Biosafety Cabinets is designed for product, personnel and environmental protection. These Biological Safety Cabinets are ideally used in hospitals, clinical research, life science and pharmaceutical laboratories. These units are come with sliding tempered glass view screen, removal work tray, and metal diffuser over supply filter and large HEPA filters. Our these Class II biological safety cabinets can be either exhausted back into the room or connected to a facility HVAC system. The cabinet’s airflow is 30 % exhausted and 70 % regulated to minimize cross contamination of low to moderate risk biological in the absence of volatile toxic chemicals.

The outer body of the units is made of mild steel with powder coating and inner body is completely made of stainless steel. The side walls are made of acrylic sheets. We use dynamically balanced blower-motor assembly and of ISI marked. This assembly ensures trouble free and long lasting performance.
